Hi All,

Well I have had lots of interest in Lanzarote with the majority wanting to go on the 21st -28th Jan2012

To secure your place I will need to have a £250 deposit either by sending a cheque to the address below or by BACS transfer also below. When I have enough numbers I will confirm the trip is going ahead and book our Villa. I will allocate the places on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 6 places available. If I get more than six, I will run another course between 14th-21st Jan 2012

Well what an amazing week, after a summer that's proved tricky to get really
good flying days, especially for the office bound at weekends, so getting
both Saturday and Sunday was a real bonus.

People have flown nearly every day in the Vale of Pewsey on Milk Hill, Milk Hill White Horse, Golden Ball
and Tan Hill and Lee has trained 5 out of 7 days and was out with the winch on Sunday. It's been brilliant to see so many Cloudbase groupies and Team 5 wings out and about. I think we have counted a total of 17xT5 plus the tandem (Tracey, Mike, Iain, Ian, Gordon, Stu, Mike, Peter, John (plus the LSMM of course), Nik, Lee,Tommy, Alison, Ann, John, Tim and me...if I have missed anyone I do apologise!).

Congratulations to the newest CPs, Peter and John, and especially to Peter for soaring high over the weekend, and well done Mike
Manners for his XC to Avebury - the only one I believe.

Let’s hope we get some more weather like this soon.

Another fantastic days forecast with perfect towing conditions meant that we were able to train the taster day and EP students.

Well done to Steve and David for completing your Taster day, they said they will be back so were look forward to seeing you soon.

Also to Andy and Norman for all the good flying and ground handling which will help so much when you come to the hill flying. Half a day will see them both EP qualified.

Well done to Douggie for some really nice flying despite the time away from Paragliding.

Lastly thanks to Simon and Matt for all the help, fantastic day guys, let’s hope for more of the same soon.

Well what a fantastic day training with our CP students and Tandems. We were also blessed with record breaking temperatures for October as well, brilliant.

Well done to Emma, Alison, Ann and Ben and also to Will and Jack for completing their Tandems. I feel I should give Will a refund as he did most of the flying (I think you should take this sport up Will you were very good).
